A Study of difficulties encountered in implementation of national programme for education of girls at elementary level

Abstract:
The National Programme for education of girls at elementary level (NPEGEL) is focused intervention of government neither of India to reach the "Handset to Reach" girls especially those nor in school. In the most of the cases it is fond that difficulties arising in implementation of NPEGEL and girl's students and teachers have negative attitude towards educational scheme.
