Education 5.0 represents a progressive shift from traditional and industrial-age education systems toward a human-centric, technologically integrated, and value-driven approach to teaching and learning. This conceptual paper explores the philosophy, goals, and practical implications of Education 5.0, highlighting its alignment with Society 5.0, Industrial Revolution 5.0, and global sustainable development. It proposes a framework for rethinking pedagogy, curriculum, assessment, and institutional roles in preparing learners for a future of innovation, empathy, and lifelong learning.
