Abstract:
Reflection is part of our day- to-day life. Reflection is thus a process in which an experience is recalled, considered and evaluated in relation to some broad purpose. Reflective teaching is a process whereby teachers reflect on their teaching practices in order to examine the overall effectiveness of their instructive approaches. Reflective teaching process requires information gathering, data interpretation, and planning for the future. Reflective teaching may include self-assessment, classroom observations, consideration of student evaluations, or exploration of educational research.
