Abstract:
Over the years, a growing interest has been manifested in the concept of Social intelligence. It has been highlighted that in various fields today, the emphasis is placed on interpersonal relationship in various work environment, which in itself is a reflection of the importance of social intelligence. People with high social intelligence are often said to have nourishing behaviours which makes them feel valued, loved, respected and appreciated. These people are often described as having "magnetic property".
